Traditional approaches to governance are aimed at optimizing for efficiency and predictability, while agility, among other things, is about adaptability, experimentation, and delivering the highest value at speed. In this brief talk, the speaker will share the key principles for governing projects and programs which are being executed based on Agile values and ways of working.
